The Pumpkins are coming!

I feel like Pippin at the end of Return of the King when he is heralding the arrival of the eagles. Except I’m heralding the arrival of the swollen squash ovaries that will one day be great big pumpkins. The largest are merely cantaloup sized right now, but as we have 2+ months to go, I think they’ll be plenty big by Halloween.
Who wants to reserve one to carve?

just what the world needs 
Two of them have gone from cantaloup sized to bowling ball sized in 4 days. I’m afraid of what these monsters will look like come Halloween!
